Run for health, conversations about protection

7 June 2026

Physical activity, preventive healthcare, conversations about protection, and hundreds of people who decided to do something good for themselves. That is the best way to summarize the 3rd Władysław Zamoyski Run for Health, an event partnered by our Ambassador, Tomasz Stefaniak.

The event perfectly reflected the idea that drives the Fundacja Zacznij od Siebie (Start with Yourself Foundation):

Plan A and Plan B do not compete with each other. They complement one another.

Plan A is about taking care of our health through physical activity, preventive check-ups, and everyday choices that improve our quality of life. Plan B is about being responsibly prepared for situations we cannot predict.

During the event, our Ambassador, Tomasz Stefaniak, had the opportunity to share this message through interviews and media appearances, explaining to participants the meaning behind a simple but powerful equation:

Plan A + Plan B = Life and Health

The event was not only about ideas but also about action. Participants had access to body composition analysis, blood pressure measurements, glucose testing, and cardiology consultations. It was a valuable opportunity to pause for a moment and take a closer look at the state of our own Plan A.

The conversations held throughout the day showed that many of us still have work to do when it comes to health and prevention. At the same time, many participants began thinking about their Plan B for the very first time and exploring solutions that could provide greater peace of mind and protection for themselves and their loved ones.

We would like to thank all participants for their presence, meaningful conversations, and the time we shared together. Events like this remind us that taking care of ourselves does not begin at the starting line or end at the finish line.

Because when Plan A meets Plan B, we gain greater peace of mind, awareness, and the opportunity to live life on our own terms.
